  • Developed LNG supply options, and led the negotiation of commercial term sheets and MOUs for a small-scale LNG distributor in the Caribbean
  • Provided expert witness testimony in support of an application for government approval of an LNG supply project for a power company in the Pacific basin
  • Provided contract review and commercial advice in the negotiation of liquefaction tolling services agreements for the owner of an LNG export project in the US Gulf Coast

How we work:

Our business model is simple and flexible for our clients. We provide expert commercial consulting on an hourly basis. Whether you want a little advice or a lot, you pay only for the hours we work on your behalf. We do not require a monthly retainer; there is no minimum number of hours required. We use a standard eight-page Consulting Agreement that includes strict provisions to protect the confidentiality of your information. We invoice for hours worked (and business expenses if any) at the end of each month. As a client, you use our expertise when you need it.
